Mission MISSION: The Delasol Group exists to make economic knowledge and prosperity accessible to all people. The company theorizes that supplying people with information, education and opportunities to practice learned behaviors can result in economic growth on any level. People can then make better choices for themselves, their families and their businesses.

Leadership Contrast

I am Suneye Rae Holmes and I have dedicated my personal and professional life to using economics to help others to help themselves. In truth, I'm the DIY (do it yourself) type. When I needed to get a teaching gig, I wrote and copyrighted my own materials. When I needed a website, I built it. And when I couldn't find the right mix of economic justice in my community, I created Delasol. My hope is to use economics in an exciting and engaging way to get you to take a DIY approach to your finances. I call it ECONtrepreneurship. It doesn't take a PhD to be an economist or an MBA to be an entrepreneur; my program seeks to empower the average person to acquire and apply the tools to change their future.I founded this company in 2008 as a springboard to a lifetime career as an educator, an entrepreneur and an economist. I offer a comprehensive ECONtrepreneurship program to any and every one! I design and distribute all curricula, quantitative assessments and statistical evaluations. As a social scientist, I hypothesize that educating people on basic economic principles will lead to positive change in their economic behavior: they will save more, spend less and share with their children and neighbors the new things they are learning. A documented body of research demonstrates that a strong correlation exists between financial literacy and household wealth.When not teaching, I enjoy bike riding, road trips, cooking, hiking and reading music. QAEB The QUANTITATIVE ASSESSMENT OF ECONOMIC BEHAVIORS (QAEB) is an indicator designed by The Delasol Group to measure existing knowledge of practical economic principles and sustainable degree of usage. The assessment is used to determine a schedule of training and/or consultation, and a copy is provided in the client's Economic Development Plan.This indicator is designed to have a direct and measurable impact which in the foundation of The Delasol Group's high quality service.
